Ali is a resident of New Hampshire and acknowledges that this land is N'dakinna, the traditional ancestral homeland of the Abenaki, Pennacook, and Wabanaki Peoples.

Ali Alberta is a mixed-media artist and gallery assistant with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Plymouth State University. Having grown up as an art kid in the bustling suburbs of Massachusetts, Ali always had a quiet longing for a wild and intentional way of life. After spending their early twenties in Alaska and hiking along the national scenic trails of North America, Ali returned to art-making with a newfound sense of self and purpose. They draw inspiration from their experiences in nature, caring deeply for the wild places and creatures they’ve gotten to know. Ali's work often depicts their own process of self-discovery through themes relating to wildness, ancestry, queerness, and intersectional-ecofeminism. Their primary mediums are paints, pastels, and silkscreen printing, though you can also find them dabbling in film photography, videography, tattooing, and writing. When Ali isn't in the studio you can find them out playing in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, where they live with their beloved old cat Kippy.
