A couple weeks ago I dug out my gigantic floor-length parka, aptly named "Big Blue", which means the cold has officially arrived. However, I won't be going into hibernation this winter (unfortunately!). The fall semester is coming to an end and over the past few months I've been slowly chipping away at my studio work in preparation for my thesis capstone and BFA show this spring. So far this year I have been focused on painting and silkscreen printing but I feel things may start to get experimental in the somber months to come. I'm planning to start on my thesis work over winter break and I'm really excited to get back into filmmaking and performance as part of my gallery show in the spring. I still have no idea how I'm going to bring everything together in the end so wish me luck!
